Becoming a Trainer
Proposal for Inner RePatterning Trainer Qualification
Pre-qualification:
Therapists are required to complete a two day training with a recognised trainer in Inner RePatterning (currently Tania A Prince and June K Spencer). On completion of the training course two case studies must be submitted before certification to practitioner level will be awarded. All certification is regulated by the original developers of Inner RePatterning (Tania and June). Case studies must be submitted within three months of completing the two day training course.
Practitioners wishing to attend further Inner RePatterning training may do so at a reduced rate in order to gain confidence in achieving appropriate standards of working.
Trainer Qualification:
Practitioners wishing to complete Trainer qualification must show evidence of good practice in the use of Inner RePatterning with their clients. Autonomy of clients must be maintained and evidence must show a clear understanding of Inner RePatterning. Students are required to complete a minimum of 6 months as a practitioner and evidence 20 cases studies. A copy of current insurance is also required.
Practitioners wishing to apply for Trainer qualification must submit a personal statement evidencing their qualifications and reasons for becoming a trainer as well as their commitment to promote and support the work being done using Inner RePatterning.
Candidates will be requested to attend further training, completing a practical training session which will be observed, feedback given in order to achieve trainer level.
CPD:
Practitioners/Trainers are required to show evidence of continuing professional development and this can be achieved by re-attending Inner RePatterning courses. Attending mentoring group or one-to-one sessions or reading material pertinent to Inner RePatterning.
