I’ve done a previous EFT practitioner course (with another trainer) which was good. I’m now back here for a refresher course. I find the way Tania delivers the course and her methods to be a lot more direct and include a lot of NLP positive reframes, which I can connect with.

It’s more direct, goes to the heart of the problem. It’s alot easier to work with rather than tapping around the problem and if you are from an NLP background, or thinking of getting into NLP, it works well. That goes hand in hand with EFT, so well.”
