Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning™ – Seeing the Bigger Picture

I would like to introduce you to Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning™ as a mindfulness technique which will and can change the way in which you perceive your internal and external experiences of ‘life’.
Often we believe that the way we see life is ‘how we are’. It is part of our belief system. For example, we may believe that we cannot change the way we think therefore our beliefs about who we are and our lives become limited. This is not true. Everyone can change what they think about themselves and more importantly what they believe about themselves. However, in order to achieve this we must change the way we think and ultimately the actions that we take regarding our life.
Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning™ is a technique which ‘allows’ us to do exactly that because it enables us to access a part of our subconscious mind that ‘allows’ us to see ‘the bigger picture’ in respect of who and what we think about ourselves and our world.
Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning™ allows us to access our ‘relaxation response’ or ‘emotional gateway’ otherwise known as ‘the’ a part of our brain which is important to our mental, emotional and physical health. When the amygdala is activated it can hijack other psychological responses and is important in determining whether we feel we are in danger or whether it is okay to be comfortable with our experience. It regulates our emotions to a situation.
This occurs often because of our conditioning or experiences from the past and how we access this information and judge our present situations. If we ‘hold on’ to the past and believe that this is who we are, we become limited. Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning™ allows us to look at our past experiences, using the techniques that are easy to learn to release ‘past conditioning and present cognitions’ therefore allowing us to adjust to new experiences and develop a new perspective on how we can live our lives and feel fulfilled. Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning™ sets the intention that we live our lives in a place of deep inner peace and joy. Who wouldn’t want to achieve that? Actually, this can happen!!! What is more important is we have evidence to show this.
