Inner RePatterning – Finding balance within
Finding balance in our lives can often be quite difficult especially as that season of goodwill and festivity draws closer. Yes, I dare to mention the ‘C’ word. Christmas can often be a time of stress and imbalance, especially within the bank balance let alone within our own personal space and bank of energy.
Being in a state of balance is important as it allows us to enjoy life, maintain a positive perspective and enjoy good health. Often when we are rushing through life we forget to consider whether we feel balanced or imbalanced. Perhaps we don’t have time to consider our own needs as we are busy looking after the needs of others. Over a period of time this imbalance may affect our health and ability to achieve all of the aims, goals or dreams we wish to fulfil.
Inner RePatterning is dedicated to help you to find and restore the balance and equilibrium within, mentally, emotionally, physically and indeed spiritually. This process is gentle and yet profound, easy to learn and simple to apply to daily practice. It can take as little as a moment or two to restore balance when used daily because we deal with situations, experiences and thoughts in the moment as they appear or present themselves.
Inner RePatterning is intention based and once the initial intention is set (a copy can be found under resources on the website), it need never be repeated unless you choose too. Whenever we notice something that is causing us to feel imbalanced (I like to use the term ‘doesn’t sit right with me’) we set a personal intention by asking
ourselves, ‘what is the problem?’ How is it affecting me NOW?’ and ‘What do I need to notice to know that this has changed? We have now set an intention to resolve our problem and through applying the process of Inner RePatterning we will restore balance to our mind/body system and reach a place of inner peace and joy.
How will you know that you have achieved this? You will have an inner experience of calmness, stillness of the mind and sense of wellbeing. This is an experience now that I have more often than not and whenever I feel a sense of imbalance, I use Inner RePatterning to restore balance and harmony within.
As a Practitioner of Inner RePatterning, the more aware we become of our own inner experience and restore balance and harmony, the better equipped we are to hold space for our clients and to witness and facilitate the opportunity for them to restore balance and harmony to their lives.
Enjoy and peace be within you.
