32 years of Pain gone after Inner RePatterning

George had had back pain for 32 years. In 2010 at the EFT Masterclass Conference, George volunteered at the Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning™ presentation to be a demonstration subject. The session was run by EFT Founding Master and the creator of (Mindfulness Based) Inner RePatterning™, by myself (Tania A Prince) and June K Spencer. During the session, George worked on June on his anger issue. After the session, George suddenly noticed his back pain was gone!
The interesting thing about pain and why it often does not clear using conventional treatment methods is that it can be emotional pain showing up physically in the body. I think this case with George highlights that. As he begins to work on his anger issue, the physical problem improves. That is why techniques such as MBIR™ can often get fast results. It is also why people can often quickly recover from pain issues as you are not dealing with physical damage to the body. You are dealing with underlying emotions. Emotions can change rapidly, using the right techniques.
With MBIR™, the client is guided into a state in which the mind and body feel safe. Feeling safe is the opposite to the typical state most of us spent a lot of time in, fight or flight or even worse freeze. When the mind and body enters a state of safety, awareness is brought to the problem. In a state of safety, the body enters the repair and rejuvenation state of being. It begins to heal and repair itself. The mind and body have tremendous healing powers.
Ten years later, after this session, I texted George and asked him about his back. He said it was still 75% improved from how it had been before the initial MBIR™ session. This indicates he needs to just do a little bit more on the issue. It also shows that the results gained from using MBIR™ can be long-lasting. It is important to note that the original session was only ten or fifteen minutes long.
Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning™ is a powerful mindfulness, energy therapy approach. It is simple to use and does not require analysis or understanding of problems. it has been used on a broad range of issues, including confidence building, fear, panic, autism, alcoholism etc.
