Lack of sleep can be very draining on our emotional and physical health. It can affect our ability to focus; it can weaken the immune system; it can cause depression in your mood. Lack of sleep can also increase the risk of cardiovascular disease amongst many other things. Combined with pain, it can be devastating.
In this episode of the EFT Unleashed Podcast Show, Carol talks about her years of insomnia and pain and how she overcame most of it during one of my EFT training courses. Carol had incessant insomnia and night terrors for years. Carol talks about how, during my EFT Training Course Using the EFT, Chase the Pain approach it helped alleviate her pain.
Chase the Pain is an EFT Tapping technique that targets the problem via the symptoms you are experiencing. She also talks about how she gained further relief working with deep-seated emotional issues, including rage. Unresolved emotions can often show up in the body as pain.
Because of her issues, Carol was drawn to the therapy profession. The medical profession, although they had been diligent, they had not been able to resolve her severe health problems. A combination of bereavements, work-related stress and chronic pain (she has two broken discs in the lumbar region and Cervical Dystonia) led to a four-year bout of chronic insomnia, which left her debilitated and exhausted.
As a result, of personal experience, Carol has chosen to focus, in particular, on Insomnia, Childhood Issues, Bereavement, and Chronic Pain using a combination of the above therapies.
