Pain Relief: Learn EFT Tapping in Minutes
Pain and physical problems can be debilitating. They can dramatically affect health and wellbeing. Not only do they affect quality of life from a physical perspective, they also impact emotionally. EFT, Tapping therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques is often described as an emotional form of acupressure. There are no needles involved in EFT. It does however involve tapping on acupoints with the finger tips whilst “tuning in” to the problem. it is used by millions of people around the world as a self help tool. It has been used extensively in pain management. Many people have reported having amazing results using EFT on physical problems including pain. You can read some accounts of people gaining relief from pain and physical problems on this blog.
This video takes you through an EFT Tapping approach called, Chase the Pain. Chase the Pain is a tapping strategy for targeting the EFT, it is typically used in pain relief, management and dealing with physical problems. People with a broad range of problems have used this approach including arthritis, frozen shoulder, tooth ache, aches, pains, back problems etc. Emotional Freedom Techniques get more effective and fast results the more you tune in and target it at the problem. Chase the Pain is only one strategy for applying EFT. There are many others. In EFT training courses we typically teach students that if they use the Chase the Pain approach and they get 100% result, then it is fine. That is all you need to do. If you get a partial result or no result then you should look for emotional reasons. You should then apply EFT Tapping to these aspects (the emotional reasons) of the problem.
