EFT Tapping Points: Tapping Therapy for Beginners – Shortcut Method
EFT Tapping, Emotional Freedom Technique is used by millions of people around the world as a self help technique.
It is a simple technique that has been described as a psychological form of acupressure, without needles. EFT tapping has been used on many issues including PTSD, anxiety, weight loss, stress, pain, physical problems, abundance issues and much more.
This video shows the acupoints; EFT Tapping points commonly used in the EFT Shortened protocol.
The points are located on the face, upper body and hand. Many of the tapping points can be located on both sides of the body. In cases like this, you can choose to tap on one side or both, it is your choice. Tapping is done using the fingers, one, two or all four together are normally used, again it is your choice.
