Once accredited, you can list your practice on the EFT International Website. Registering on their practitioner listing is only open to those who have gained their accredited status. It shows people searching for a therapist that you have trained to a high standard and are professional.

Requirements for Gaining Accreditation

EFT International is one of the leading organisations in the world regarding training standards in EFT. Here are their requirements for gaining EFT International Accredited Advanced Practitioner status.  You need to complete the following steps:

1. Attend an EFT International Accredited Advanced EFT live, face to face or online training course. Please see my course dates.
2. Post-training course, you need to do fifty practice sessions using the skills and techniques taught on the course. The sessions also need to demonstrate competency of level 2 and 3 skills. Sessions need to be forty-five minutes duration. You need to keep a logbook of your practice hours. How to do this will be sent out post attendance at the live training. Practice needs to be with twenty or more different clients or volunteers.
3. You need to complete four case studies that demonstrate competency in EFT advanced techniques. Each case study needs to involve at least three sessions with the client or volunteer. There is a charge for submission of case studies which is currently £12 per case. Payment occurs at the time of submission. You are given information on how to complete a case study after attendance of the training course.
4. You need to be receiving mentoring; the minimum requirement is six hours per year. All EFT International practicing therapists are required to attend six hours of mentoring per year to retain practitioner status. If you need access to mentoring, I offer it in Group Mentoring Days. These days fulfill the yearly requirement set by EFT International. For those who require one to one, I can put you in touch with a mentor.
5. You also need to complete the EFT International Advanced Exam. There is a fee of £20 (09/12/2019), paid to EFT International for accessing their exam. Please note to gain access to it you need to be recognised as an EFT International Accredited Practitioner.

Question: I have trained with another organisation. I want to gain accreditation with EFT International at Advanced Level, what do I need to do?

Answer: Please contact me directly (Tania), and we can go through the steps you would need to take to gain EFT International recognition. Different organisations train different syllabuses and standards. We need to put you in alignment with the EFT International standards.

Question: Is there a charge for mentoring?

Answer: Mentoring is separate from the main training. There is a charge for group and individual mentoring if you decide to undertake it with my organisation. With mentors I put you in touch with, they give a special rate for my students. You arrange sessions and payments directly with your mentor. You can book onto a group mentoring day through this site.
