Accredited EFT Level 1 Training

The EFT Foundation Course (EFT Level 1) is the entry-level training in EFT, (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Please note to become a therapist you would also need to do an EFT Level 2 course. The level 1 course covers how EFT works, and it’s history. It also shows students how to target the EFT to maximise results. In the course, you will be introduced to working with pain and physical problems. It also covers how to work with EFT using both direct approaches such as Tell the Story Approach and more gentle approaches such as Movie Technique. Other topics covered in the training include, testing your results, what to do if EFT does not appear to be working, how to deal with intense emotion. The course is full of demonstrations and provides students with plenty of opportunities to get hands-on experience using the different techniques with fellow students in a supervised environment.
