EFT Working With “Having To Be Perfect”

Emotional Freedom Technique which is also often called tapping therapy is commonly used on procrastination, fear of making mistakes, exam nerves, anxiety, fear issues, confidence building.
Following the filming of this video June started working on her assignment in the car.
Procrastination can be a huge problem for people. Procrastination is a behaviour. Beneath all behaviour is an underlying emotion which drives it. In EFT we can target the underlying emotion, which is what I do in this video.
Fear of making mistakes can be the emotion behind procrastination. (There can be other emotions that drive this behaviour).
June did really well with the assignment. She went on to get a first in her degree.
