The retreat includes  options to take part in activities such as gentle yoga, and meditation sessions, ensuring a truly rejuvenating experience. The retreat overlooks a valley and mountains boastingpicturesque vistas providing a serene sanctuary for your self-discovery journey. Healthy food is important. The food on this retreat is locally sourced and home-cooked.

She has worked with thousands of clients on a vast range of issues. Tania is one of the original EFT (Founding) Masters, there are only 29 in the world.
