Accredited EFT Level 1 (2 Days) Training on Zoom

This course covers the same course content as the face to face training except it is online.

The EFT Foundation Course (EFT Level 1) is the entry-level training in EFT, (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Please note to become a therapist you would also need to do an EFT Level 2 course. The level 1 course covers how EFT works, and it’s history. It also shows students how to target the EFT to maximise results. In the course, you will be introduced to working with pain and physical problems. It also covers how to work with EFT using both direct approaches such as Tell the Story Approach and more gentle approaches such as Movie Technique. Other topics covered in the training include, testing your results, what to do if EFT does not appear to be working, how to deal with intense emotion. The course is full of demonstrations and provides students with plenty of opportunities to get hands-on experience using the different techniques with fellow students in a supervised environment. Extra Bonus: You will also have access to extensive online training materials, including video demonstrations of EFT in action.

Certification at Completion of this Training Course

At the end of the training, students will receive an attendance certificate.

Who Should Attend This Course

The course is suitable for those who wish to use EFT in a professional capacity as the first part of the training. To work in a professional role using EFT, attendance at a Level 2 is also required. You can attend both levels together, see Accredited Practitioner Training.

The EFT Level 1 training is also suitable for those who wish to use this powerful self-development technique for personal use or to help family and friends.
